Gender Equality Policy

Centrale del Latte del Molise considers gender equality a core value and an ethical and regulatory obligation. The policy it has adopted defines principles, commitments, and corporate tools to prevent and combat all forms of gender discrimination, harassment, unequal pay, or gender-based career obstacles.

Main objectives:

  • Ensure equal opportunities in all company processes (hiring, training, promotion, compensation);
  • Promote an inclusive and respectful corporate culture, free of stereotypes;
  • Encourage work-life balance;
  • Ensure the proper management and evaluation of reports of gender-related violations, in a confidential and protected manner.

The gender equality policy is adopted and approved by Management and is updated periodically based on results, regulatory developments, and reports received. It is implemented jointly with the Gender Equality Steering Committee appointed on September 2, 2025.
